1. Return Window
You may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery. After 15 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt until the return is confirmed.
5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us within the 15-day return period.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and a brief description. We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
